About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the complete HR cycle including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, and employee relations. The right candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and a positive workplace environment.

• Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding employees.
• Oversee payroll & salary processing: ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement (₹25k–₹35k range for staff).
• Handle employee relations: address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a healthy work culture.
• Maintain HR records: attendance, leave management, employee data, and compliance documentation.
• Implement HR policies and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
• RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (Recruitment + Payroll + Employee Relations).
• Knowledge of HRMS / payroll software will be a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
