HR Manager

Job Description:

Golden Event Solution is a full-service 360° marketing solutions company offering end-to-end services across India, from ideation to execution. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Female HR Executive to manage our human resources functions and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Handle employee engagement and basic grievance management
• Support payroll coordination and performance tracking
• Assist in maintaining a positive work culture

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• MBA degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong HR knowledge may apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
• Ability to multitask and work independently
