Mandatory Criteria (Screening Must-Haves)(Profiles not meeting these may not be considered)

  • 6–12 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational HR
  • Proven experience in scaling HR for multi-location / multi-state teams
  • End-to-end recruitment ownership: full-time, contractual, campus & interns
  • Hands-on expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS)
  • (goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles)
  • Strong experience in HR operations: onboarding, exits, payroll coordination & vendor management
  • Proficiency in HRIS / ATS, HR digitisation & people analytics/reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication & leadership partnering
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)
  • Fluency in English & Hindi and willingness to travel as required

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and scale HR operations across multi-state teams in fast-paced, project-driven environments. This role combines strategy, execution, and culture-building, with direct impact on people success and organisational growth.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesDrive HR strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning
  • Lead recruitment across full-time, contractual, campus & internship hiring
  • Build structured onboarding, induction & employee integration processes
  • Own and manage PMS: goal setting, performance reviews & feedback cycles
  • Design and implement employee engagement, recognition & retention initiatives
  • Draft, implement & maintain HR policies, SOPs & statutory compliance
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution & organisational culture
  • Partner with leadership on succession planning, capability building & career development
  • Oversee HR operations: payroll coordination, records management, exits & vendors
  • Optimise HRIS, digitisation initiatives & people analytics dashboards
  • Ensure disciplined reporting, audit readiness & cross-functional alignment
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture



  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)
  • 6–12 years of experience across strategic + operational HR
  • Strong hands-on exposure to recruitment, PMS, HR operations & policy design
  • Proficiency in HRIS / ATS with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English & Hindi; willingness to travel
