Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused HR Manager who will manage recruitment, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement at our Noida office.

The candidate must be comfortable working in a startup environment and capable of handling responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Draft and post job descriptions

Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Conduct screening interviews and coordinate final rounds

Maintain hiring database & pipeline

HR Operations & Documentation

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters

Draft employment agreements, NDAs & HR policies

Manage onboarding & exit formalities


Maintain employee records and HR MIS

Attendance & leave management

Payroll coordination

Statutory Compliance & Legal

Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor laws, including:

PF registration & monthly filings

ESIC compliance

Professional Tax (if applicable)

TDS coordination

Gratuity compliance

Shops & Establishment Act (Uttar Pradesh)

Maintenance of statutory registers

Coordination with CA / CS for compliance matters

Performance & Employee Engagement

Assist in KPI & appraisal process

Conduct performance review coordination

Plan engagement activities

Handle employee grievances

Maintain workplace discipline and HR policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration

MBA in HR preferred

Minimum 1+ year of relevant HR experience

Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws

Experience in Pvt Ltd company preferred
