Job Description
- . Operations & Team ManagementLead and manage day-to-day operations across departments.
- Build, train, and monitor teams (telecallers, academic staff, content teams, etc.).
- Ensure smooth execution of student support, product delivery, and backend operations.
- Create SOPs, track KPIs, and improve productivity.
- 2. Strategy & PlanningWork directly with founders to plan monthly and quarterly goals.
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
- Conduct market research to improve product offerings and student experience.
- 3. Sales & GrowthDrive student acquisition through telecalling teams, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Monitor lead flow, conversion funnels, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.
- 4. Academic & Content CoordinationOversee coordination between faculty, content creators, editors, and tech team.
- Manage academic calendars, content timelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of classes, question banks, recordings, and digital assets.
- 5. Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with external vendors (content, tech, marketing, printing, media, etc.).
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.
- 6. Product & Student ExperienceUnderstand user needs and share insights with product and academic teams.
- Monitor student feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Support product launches, new feature roll-outs, LMS updates, etc.
