Senior HR Recruiter – Sales (BFSI)Role Purpose

Responsible for timely and high-quality hiring of sales manpower for BFSI businesses, with complete ownership of closures and joining conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (AROs, Team Leaders, Sales Managers)
• Deliver bulk hiring closures within defined TATs
• Align hiring plans with business and sales leadership
• Drive sourcing through portals, referrals, and direct channels
• Ensure offer acceptance and joining ratio compliance
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in BFSI sales hiring
• Strong closure, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in target-driven, high-pressure environments

Experience & Qualification

• 4–7 years in sales recruitment (BFSI mandatory)
• Graduate / MBA-HR preferred
