HR Recruiter

Develop and post job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms

Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates

Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person)

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
