HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to attract high-quality candidates across sales, marketing, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads and create job descriptions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Negotiate salary and finalize offers in line with company policies

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices

Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any specilization

6 months –1 years of experience in recruitment

Should have knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Ability to handle bulk hiring as well as niche roles

Basic knowledge of computer
