Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Organize and manage walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
