About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy candidate to handle HR operations, onboarding, and customer handling, while supporting the digital growth of our construction and hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities:HR & Operations:

• Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee records
• Maintain attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation
• Ensure staff discipline, hygiene, and smooth operations
• Assist in SOP creation and coordination with management

Lead Handling (MS Traders):

• Handle leads from IndiaMart, JustDial, WhatsApp & walk-ins
• Follow up, convert leads, and maintain records in Excel
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable materials
• Coordinate with delivery team for timely dispatch

Coordination:

• Ensure smooth communication between staff, suppliers & management
• Support basic inventory tracking (if required)
• Skills Required:Good communication & customer handling
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Tech-savvy (AI tools, job portals)
• Organized and proactive approach
• Experience:0.6–2 years (Freshers with good skills can apply)
