HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates via platforms like Apna, Naukri.com, Jobshai and others
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews

2. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates for availability and feedback
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams

3. Database Management

• Maintain candidate database in Google Sheets
• Track pipeline status (applied, shortlisted, interviewed, selected, rejected)
• Build a ready pool for high-turnover roles (kitchen staff, helpers, delivery, etc.)

4. Field Hiring Support (Important for your business)

• Visit hiring locations when required (factory / outlets / campus)
• Assist in walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives
• Coordinate with local vendors / references for blue-collar hiring

5. Employer Branding (Basic)

• Post job openings regularly
• Respond to candidate queries
• Ensure good candidate experience

👤 Candidate Profile

Must-have:

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Comfortable with phone-based coordination
• Good with Google Sheets / basic Excel
• High ownership and follow-up mindset

Good-to-have:

• Experience in F&B / QSR / manufacturing hiring
• Familiarity with bulk hiring
• Experience using hiring apps like Apna
