Job Description:
- Responsible for 100 outbound calls daily to source candidates
- Achieve minimum 10 candidate line-ups per day
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Work closely with the hiring team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in bulk hiring / target-based recruitment preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily KPIs
