Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies. • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals. • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with relevant teams for final evaluations. • Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment status reports. • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Handle hiring across junior, mid, and senior levels, with a focus on real estate and logistics roles. • Assist in employer branding and hiring event coordination when required.
