Job Title: Regional Language Recruiter

Location: Banglore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai

Experience: 6–3 Years

Language Requirement: Regional language + Basic English/Hindi

Job Description:

We are looking for a Regional Language Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment and communicate effectively with candidates in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through calls, referrals, job portals, and local networks

Communicate with candidates in regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Marathi )

Explain job roles, salary, shift timing, and company policies clearly

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Coordinate with operations and HR teams for onboarding

Maintain candidate data and daily hiring reports

Ensure joining and reduce dropouts

Required Skills:

Fluency in regional language (mandatory)

Basic communication in English or Hindi

Good calling and convincing skills

Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: Graduate

Freshers with good communication skills and Graduate can apply

Prior recruitment or BPO experience is an advantage
