Job Description 

HR Recruiter manages the full hiring cycle: sourcing talent (job boards, social media), screening resumes, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and on boarding, ensuring the best fit for company needs and culture while building the employer brand. Key duties include writing job descriptions, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Sourcing: Find candidates via online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media), referrals, and networking.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and assess skills/fit.
3. ** Hiring Process Management:** Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, manage applicant data.
4. Employer Branding: Represent the company and ensure a positive candidate experience.
