We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment and HR department management for our Life Insurance sales team.

Position: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and telesales roles

• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews

• Manage HR documentation and onboarding process

• Maintain employee records and attendance

• Coordinate with management for hiring requirements

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
