HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Post job openings on portals like Apna Job App and other platforms
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
