Job Description

·       Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.

·       Collaborating with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.

·       Conducting confidential interviews, follow up references.

·       Facilitating new employee onboarding and orientation programs.

·       Assisting in drafting and updating HR policies and employee handbook.

·       Supporting the performance appraisal process by timely communication and documentation.

·       Manage employees’ grievances and disciplinary matters following appropriate protocols.

·       Assisting in organizing events, welfare initiatives, and recognition programs.

·       Implementing employee engagement initiative to foster a positive work culture.

·       Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

·       Providing counseling on policies, procedures and product training to new employees. 

·       Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
