About the Company:

Property Baskets is a growing real estate services company focused on delivering innovative property solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate for interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Basic training to the new joiner

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in hiring for sales/real estate roles is a plus
