Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring, particularly for Fintech sales, BFSI, or BPO roles. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to B2C sales hiring and must be comfortable achieving weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycle for B2C sales roles across Fintech/BFSI sectors.
• Handle bulk hiring for field sales executives, relationship officers, tele-sales, and BPO roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, field sourcing, and internal databases.
• Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and daily tracker updates.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets consistently.
• Coordinate with operations teams for onboarding and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in bulk hiring for Fintech sales / BPO / BFSI roles.
• Strong understanding of B2C sales profiles and hiring requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months and maximum 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in sales hiring / bulk hiring is mandatory.
