Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (intake meetings through offer stage)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
