Job Description:

OMR PROPTECH PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles, primarily in the real estate sector. Applied Candidate Should be from Corporate Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in real estate or similar industry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
