Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and professional HR Manager with 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The role involves handling recruitment, employee management, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for sales, tele-calling, marketing, and field teams.
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with department managers.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation accurately.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and joining formalities (offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, etc.).
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Address employee queries, concerns, and support daily HR operations.
• Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment.
• Required SkillsStrong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR software.
• Experience in real estate recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
• Professional attitude, discipline, and good interpersonal skills.
