Foodsure is a Research & Development house specializing in Food Technology and Beverage Innovation.

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for technical, R&D, and corporate roles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Food Technologist, FSSAI, Business Development, and corporate roles
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and institutes
• Screen profiles and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule online and physical interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closures as per hiring timelines
• Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and recruitment compliance
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics (TAT, closures)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
• Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• 6 months – 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in technical / food industry hiring is an added advantage
