Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, bulk hiring experience, and the ability to close positions quickly, especially for Sales Executives, Telecallers, and Team Leaders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing to Joining)
• Post job openings on portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
• Manage bulk hiring for Sales, Telecaller, BDE, and other roles
• Maintain recruitment database and daily hiring reports
• Follow up with selected candidates till joining
• Conduct initial HR round and salary discussion
• Ensure proper documentation during onboarding
• Coordinate with HR Head and Management for hiring requirements
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / MBA in HR (Preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Real Estate preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment
• Good knowledge of job portals and social media hiring
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR tools
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in real estate or sales hiring
• Experience in hiring Telecallers and Sales Executives
• Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment
