• Source top-tier candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies that attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Candidates must have excellent English communication, good personality and confidence.

For experienced : 18k-20k
