📝 Job Overview:Faithful Finance Services is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring process, especially for sales and loan processing profiles. Candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Post job openings on job portals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic and initial interviews
• Schedule interviews with management
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Coordinate joining and documentation process
• Support HR activities and employee engagement

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Ability to handle multiple candidates
• Target-oriented mindset
• Minimum 6 months

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream
