HR Recruiter

We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. As an HR Recruiter, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers.

- Job Description Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and job postings.

- Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Reporting: Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to stakeholders ¹ ² ³.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities ¹ ² ⁴.
