HR Recruiter

HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill job openings within an organization. The recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Key Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs
• Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and applications
• Conduct initial phone, virtual, or in-person interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring manager
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
• Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress
• Support onboarding process for new hires
