Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter cum HR Manager who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment along with overall HR operations. The ideal candidate must have prior exposure to the Real Estate industry and should be capable of handling fast-paced, target-driven hiring requirements while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic HR understanding and execution-level involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hire for Sales, CRM, Marketing, Site, and Corporate roles as per project needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references; conduct screening, interviews, and closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring MIS.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
• Implement HR policies, coordinate attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance.
• Manage confirmations, exits, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Align HR activities with business and sales goals; support workforce planning for new projects.
• Share hiring analytics and build a performance-driven work culture.
• Streamline hiring processes, structure interview workflows, and support organizational growth.
