Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs across multiple roles and industries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client or internal hiring requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and networking
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of open positions
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and market intelligence
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
• Ability to handle bulk as well as lateral hiring
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws (preferred)
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience0–1 year for Junior Recruiter
• 1–3 years for HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
• Experience in consultancy or manpower staffing will be an added advantage
