Job Title: HR Executive (Real Estate)

Job Type : Full Time

Experience Required: 4-5 Years

Salary : 35,000- 45,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Executive for our Real Estate company. The Ideal candidate should have strong Knowledge of recruitment, payroll management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

. Manage employee salary structure and payroll processing

. Maintain attendance using HR software

. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

. Handle employee onboarding and documentation

. Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work environment

. Ensure Smooth day-to-day HR operations

Requirement:

. MBA in HR (mandatory)

. Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred)

. Strong Knowledge of hiring and talent acquisition

. Experience in payroll management and attendance systems.

. Good understanding of HR policies

. Excellent communication and organization skills
