We’re seeking a dynamic HR Executive with hands-on experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring to exit management.

📌 Position: HR Executive

📌 Experience: Minimum 1-2+ year

📌 Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

📌 Location: Noida, U.P.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding)

✔ Offer letters, joining formalities & induction

✔ Maintaining employee records, attendance & HR documentation

✔ Handling employee queries, grievances & policy compliance

✔ Performance monitoring, warnings & PIP management

✔ Employee engagement & discipline handling

✔ Managing resignations, terminations, exit interviews & full & final settlements

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2+ year experience as an HR Executive or similar role

• Strong communication & people-management skills

• Knowledge of HR operations & compliance

• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally

• Comfortable working in US time zones
