Job Description: HR Generalist (B2B Manufacturing & Exports)Company: Nomad Originals
Location: Noida
Experience: 2–5 years (manufacturing / export / B2B preferred)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly systematic, execution-driven HR Generalist who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, people processes, and performance systems.
This role is critical to building a strong, accountable, growth-oriented team to support Nomad’s B2B expansion.
This is not a payroll-only HR role. This is a people + systems + growth enabler role.
- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)Own end-to-end recruitment across functions (merchandising, production, QA, operations, sales support, design, backend teams)
- Create clear JDs, hiring scorecards, and interview frameworks
- Source candidates via portals, referrals, LinkedIn, institutes, factory networks
- Screen for mindset, ownership, and execution ability — not just resumes
- Coordinate interviews and close candidates efficiently
- Maintain a recruitment tracker & hiring pipeline dashboard
- 2. HR Systems & Process BuildingBuild and maintain HR SOPs (onboarding, confirmation, exit, leaves, attendance, discipline)
- Design structured onboarding plans for faster productivity
- Maintain accurate employee data, records, and compliance files
- Implement simple but strong HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring TAT)
- 3. Performance Management & AccountabilityAssist leadership in setting up KRAs/KPIs for each role
- Drive monthly performance tracking & reviews
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate basic training needs
- Support a culture of ownership, accountability, and clarity
- 4. Culture & Employee EngagementAct as a bridge between management and team
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and growth-focused work environment
- Handle grievances with maturity and confidentiality
- Reinforce Nomad’s values: ownership, integrity, learning, execution
- 5. Compliance & HR OperationsHandle statutory compliance basics (attendance, leave, documentation)
- Coordinate with consultants for payroll, PF, ESI if required
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and factory HR norms

- Highly systematic, organized, process-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing B2B / factory environment
- Excellent follow-up, documentation, and execution skills
- Clear communication and problem-solving mindset
- Good to HaveExperience in manufacturing, exports, or MSME setup
- Exposure to scaling teams (20 → 50+ employees)
- Familiarity with HR tools, trackers, or basic HRMS
