About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role requires a strong focus on recruitment (60%) along with HR operations (40%). The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end hiring processes while ensuring smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment (60%)Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• HR Operations (40%)Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries
• Support payroll inputs and coordination
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in HR (with strong recruitment exposure)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
