We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented female candidates for the role of Telecalling and Sales Executive. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain a pipeline.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Maintain customer database and update records accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns.
• Requirements:Gender: Female
• Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
• Good verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred:Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of the product/industry (if applicable).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
