·  Benefit plan selection, enrollment and administration

·  Compliance management

·  Employee and team relations

·  Training and career development

·  Performance management

·  Recruiting and onboarding

·  Employee retention and turnover

·  Workplace culture

· Manage all HR activities for the assigned vertical(s)

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Partner with Sales & Servicing leadership to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience to

  Selected candidates

• Take initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention

• Implement performance management processes to drive the Sales & Servicing team to

  Excellence

• Partner with the L&D team to drive training needs

• Foster a positive work culture

• Address employee concerns promptly

• Track and publish weekly/monthly HR metrics for the vertical(s) to support decision-making.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in MS Office suite

· Understanding of Sales HR practices

• Experience of working with Tele Sales & Servicing team as their HR Business Partner

• Strong understanding of sales processes, performance management, and talent development

• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales leaders and cross

  Functional teams
