We are committed to transforming education through technology and are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing our recruitment processes, employee data, payroll, and other essential HR functions.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.


Employee Data Management:

  • Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection laws.
  • Manage and update employee details such as personal data, contracts, performance reviews, and any other HR-related documentation.


Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Handle employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Address queries related to salary, benefits, leaves, and any other payroll-related issues.


Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-based actions to enhance employee experience.


Performance Management & Compliance:

  • Oversee performance management processes, including annual appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide regular HR reports, tracking key metrics like turnover rates, hiring trends, and employee engagement.
  • Work with leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop effective workforce strategies.
