Job Title: HR & Sales Executive (Aluminum Industry Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Sales Executive who has strong knowledge of the aluminum industry along with hands-on experience in core HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations as well as supporting sales activities related to aluminum products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for manufacturing roles.
• Generate sales leads and maintain relationships with clients in the aluminum sector.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client database.
• Support management in achieving business and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the aluminum manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in core HR activities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle both HR and sales responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
