Role & responsibilities

As an HVAC Technician / Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems across various facilities in Germany, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with German regulations.

Key Tasks:

• Install, commission, and maintain HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning units

• Diagnose system faults and perform troubleshooting using technical drawings and manuals

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability

• Handle ductwork installation, airflow systems, and refrigerant-related tasks

• Perform inspections, pressure checks, and performance testing of HVAC equipment

• Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with German safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Work on operational HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams

• Demonstrate practical HVAC skills during assessment and on-site work

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

• B.Tech in HVAC / Mechanical / MEP or related field

• Degree must be H++ listed on Anabin (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant HVAC work experience

Age Limit:

Maximum 35 years

Language Requirement:

A2 German (Goethe / Telc / ÖSD only; ECL not accepted)

Additional Requirements:

• Mandatory submission of an on-site HVAC work video during interview process

• Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills
