Job Description & Summary: Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join the Capital Projects & Infrastructure team at Noida. The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of experience in real estate market research, demand-supply analysis, policy research and sound knowledge of demand assessment. The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data, undertake on-site visits and support strategic decision-making for real estate development, economic planning and investment projects
Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis · Conduct research across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, education, healthcare and industrial asset classes · Analyze market trends, demand-supply dynamics, rental values, capital values, and absorption rates · Benchmark developments and assess location potential through competitive landscaping Demand Assessment & Feasibility Study · Assist in preparing feasibility analysis, highest and best use studies, demand-gap assessments · Support site evaluation and policy research Client Engagement & Project Management · Support senior team members in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings & workshops
