Job Description
Inbound Process Associate (Customer Service/Chat Support) manages customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues via voice.
Coordinating with delivery partners and restaurants to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinating with customers.
Key tasks include managing order cancellations, tracking deliveries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
It is a rotational shift. Morning, evening and night. Few days night shift is compulsory for all to attend. On the days of night shift extra night allowance will be provided.
