Inbound Sales Consultant (High Ticket)

Job Overview

Quantum of Happiness is hiring a result-driven Telesales Executive / High-Ticket Closer to convert warm inbound and outbound leads into paid clients for our workshops and premium coaching programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, objection handling, and closing high-value conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Close inbound and outbound leads for entry-level and premium coaching programs
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend suitable programs
• Confidently handle objections using sales psychology and persuasion techniques
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships until conversion
• Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and conversions in Google Sheets / CRM
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Build trust and long-term client relationships for upsell/downsell opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / closing roles
• Experience closing deals ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹2,00,000 (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with target-driven and performance-based environments
• Good understanding of buyer psychology and consultative selling
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or CRM tools
• Self-motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused
