Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our healthcare sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote healthcare products.

* Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.

* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with the marketing and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

* Handle basic queries and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.

* Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in inside sales, freshers also welcome. 

* Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

* Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.

* Interest or background in healthcare/nutrition is a plus.
