Inside Sales Executive

Position : Inside sales executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into gym memberships and fitness plans. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through our offerings and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with inbound leads generated via digital campaigns, website, and walk-ins

Make outbound calls to potential customers and inactive leads

Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable WTF Gym memberships/plans

Close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM

Coordinate with gym partners and on-ground teams for trial sessions and onboarding

Handle customer objections confidently and professionally

Provide feedback to marketing and operations teams on lead quality and customer insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language preferred)

Sales-driven mindset with good persuasion and negotiation skills

Comfortable with high-volume calling

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets

Interest in fitness, health, or lifestyle sales is a big plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
