Role Overview

WTF Amplify is the brand activation and advertising vertical of WTF Gyms, enabling brands to reach fitness audiences through in-gym media, experiential marketing, and digital engagement.

We are looking for a highly driven Executive who will help acquire brand partners, manage campaigns, and drive revenue through in-gym advertising and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships

Identify and approach brands for in-gym advertising and activation opportunities.

Build relationships with marketing teams, brand managers, and agencies.

Lead Generation

Prospect and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and agency networks.

Sales Pitching

Present WTF Amplify advertising solutions such as:

Gym branding

Sampling campaigns

Fitness influencer collaborations

In-gym digital screens

Experiential activations.

Campaign Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams to execute brand campaigns across gyms.

Revenue Targets

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

Market Research

Track fitness, health, FMCG, and D2C brands that could advertise in gyms.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies for repeat business.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1–3 years experience in:

Brand partnerships

Media sales

Experiential marketing

B2B sales

Experience working with advertising agencies or brand teams is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
