Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Executives with experience in selling online software / SaaS products. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by connecting with business owners, understanding their HR challenges, and demonstrating how CoreHRX can help streamline their workforce management.
This role involves lead engagement, outbound calling, product demos, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM leads
• Identify and engage with SME owners and decision makers
• Conduct product demonstrations of CoreHRX via online meetings
• Understand client requirements and present the right solution
• Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of customers
Required Skills
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Experience selling online software / SaaS / digital products
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Hinglish friendly)
• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead conversion
• Ability to conduct online product demos
• Familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp selling, and digital communication
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up ability
Educational Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Preferred Background (Highly Preferred)
Candidates with prior experience in inside sales or SaaS sales at companies such as:
• PagarBook
• Petpooja
• IndiaMART
• Zoho (Zoho People / Zoho products)
• HR software companies
• CRM or SaaS based companies
will be given preference.
