*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive and Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and excellent leadership skills.

*Responsibilities:*

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns

- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth

*Requirements:*

- No prior experience required – Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply!

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Graduate degree in any discipline

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (training will be provided)
