Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for lead generation and closures.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations or product demos (online).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
