Telesales executives and Team Leaders
Key Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Telesales/Telecalling Executive (Full-time, On-site in Noida)
- Contact potential customers and inform them about products/services.
- Achieve sales targets (55% conversion goal) and handle multiple tasks.
- Understand customer needs and resolve queries via calls and emails.
- Salary range is typically ₹15,000 - ₹25,000, depending on performance.
- Team Leader (Telesales) (Noida)
- Lead a team of telesales agents to drive sales targets.
- Monitor performance, provide training and feedback, and maintain reporting.
- Requires proficiency in telesales techniques and ability to act on customer data.
Experience:- 2 Year Experience in Team leader (personal loans & overdraft)
Working Conditions
- Location: Primarily on-site in Noida (Sector 2/Sector 6).
- Hours: Typically 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Common Requirements
- Skills: Excellent Hindi/English communication, proficiency in MS Office (Excel), and strong persuasion skills.
- Education: Typically requires a 12th pass or bachelor’s degree in business/finance.
- Experience: Often open to freshers or experienced professionals in Fintech/BFSI.
